1970 – Founded as the Mechanical Repair Plant of the Mining Engineering Company under the Ministry of Building Materials Industry of the People’s Republic of China.

2007 – Completed a full restructuring and was renamed Sinoma (Shangrao) Machinery Limited Company.

2011 – Joined Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group Co., Ltd through corporate reorganization.

2019 – Became a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd.

2023 – Integrated into China National Building Material Equipment Group Co., Ltd. through strategic reorganization.
